  • PAWSwalk, September 8 at Sand Point Magnuson Park • 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (check-in begins at 8 a.m.) Come bark in the park and help animals on a walk with your dog. Afterward, enjoy the animal-friendly shopping, canine demonstrations, CityDog Cover Dog Model Search, delicious treats and more. All to support the animals at PAWS. http://www.pawswalk.net/
  • Fido Fashions, September 14 • Noon – 1 p.m. at the Hotel Monaco, 1101 Fourth Ave., Seattle, Wash. Adoptable pooches from The Humane Society for Seattle/King County will strut their stuff outfitted in the latest doggie fashions for fall.
  • Harbor Hounds, September 22 • 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Worth the drive, this event in beautiful downtown Gig Harbor, Wash. combines a fun, leisurely two-mile walk along the gorgeous waterfront with a variety of entertainment, contests, vendors, food, and loads of tail-wagging fun. http://www.harborhounds.com/
