It's the much-anticipated fourth annual CityDog Yappy Howlidays Pawty and you and four-legged friend are invited to join us to mix and mingle, enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, and if you're in the spirit, get a holiday portrait with Seattle pet photographer J.
